Plant brushing is a gentle healing practice where fresh herbs or plants are lightly brushed over the body to cleanse, balance, and restore energy. It’s rooted in traditional medicine and spiritual practices, often used to release stagnant energy, offer protection, or invite healing. The plants used are chosen for their energetic and medicinal properties, allowing nature to support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. $15
